Returns, Exchanges & Restocking Fees

What is your return and exchange policy?

 Sales are final in most cases

• Restocking fee: 10%

• Return window: 7 days from purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including cases where items were ordered incorrectly by customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Replacement or exchange items will be shipped at no cost only after we receive the incorrect item. Expedited replacements are available for an additional fee.

 

CARE & WASH INSTRUCTIONS
 

Plastisol Paper Transfers

• Wash garments inside out using mild detergent.

• Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

• Wash in cold water.

• Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

• Avoid ironing directly over the design.

DTF Transfers

• Wait 24 hours after pressing before washing.

• Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent.

• Do not bleach or dry clean.

• Tumble dry low or hang dry.

• Do not iron directly on the design.

Note: When pressed and washed correctly, DTF transfers are durable, flexible, and designed to withstand many wash cycles without cracking or fading.
